One to One

According to the student´s need:

  • You might travel a lot and cannot commit yourself for a long term course, so set up a plan to arrange classes spontaneously.
  • You would need 2 classes per week to keep your level.
  • You would need 3 classes per week to improve your strength and flexibility and deepen your knowledge in philosophy.

  • Small Private Groups

    Enjoy a Yoga Class with your family members or friends and arrange a lesson plan for your small group.
